1 to 2 large jars of blueberry jam
2 cups apple or peach slices, peeled, no seeds
2 pie crusts, unbaked, rolled out and flattened to 9 in. pie crust size
Basic Pie Crust Recipe 1. Make pie crust dough for 2 pie crusts, unbaked.
2. Flatten out the first pie crust dough into a pie pan.
3. Place the apple or peach slices spread out evenly on the pie crust.
4. Pour blueberry jam over the apple or peach slices to fill up the pie crust.
5. Place the second rolled-out pie crust on top of the pie, crimp edges, and trim any excess
dough around the edge. Pierce the top dough in a couple of places.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 55 minutes.
