Pumpkin Pie With Oreo Crust Recipe Dannemann Farm LLC
one 15oz. can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
1 Oreo pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 small can (between 8 and 12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Pie filling:
For the pie filling follow the directions on the Libby's pumpkin can,
except for the following:
1. substitute sweetened condensed milk for evapoated milk.
2. pre-heat and bake at 350 degrees
3. use Oreo pie crust instead of unbaked shell
